Как установить HDF5 версии 1.10.5 на windows 10

Я использую pycharm 2019.2 и при попытке запустить этот код получаю сообщение об ошибке ниже:

Я использую python 3.6 и уже загрузил HDF5 1.10.5 с помощью pip и установки conda. Но когда я ввожу свою конфигурацию python anaconda, самая высокая доступная версия HDF5 - 1.10.4, и из этого сообщения об ошибке я полагаю, мне нужна версия 1.10.5 для правильной работы. Я хочу знать, как загрузить HDF5 1.10.5, чтобы я мог нормально запускать код.
